At Prickly Pear TX, we want you to love your desert-inspired style, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our community.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our Texas warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
